Furthermore, they must collect all co-payments and account balances according to Intercare policies and procedures, and execute and adhere to daily cash-up and banking processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum qualification of Grade 12, with previous experience in a customer-focused service environment, such as reception, being advantageous. They must also be computer proficient, with GoodX system experience being an added advantage.
