Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:

| General Maintenance & Repair | Conduct plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs. |
| Office Equipment & Furniture | Maintain and repair office equipment and furniture. |
| Building Inspections | Perform regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards. |
| Structural Repairs | Fix or replace defective machinery, doors, windows, walls, and other structural elements. |
| Tool & Supply Management | Ensure proper safekeeping of maintenance tools and supplies. |
