Key Learning Areas

  • Securing payment commitments from clients in arrears
  • Managing correspondence and responding to collection queries
  • Recording member information and tracking collection activities
  • Administering repossessions and legal handovers
  • Liaising with valuators, tracers, sheriffs, and lien holders
  • Supporting attorneys and debt collectors with portfolio management
