N3 Toll Concession Proprietary Limited (N3TC) is offering an exciting Learnership Programme 2025/2026 for unemployed youth living in local municipal areas along the N3 Toll Route corridor. This programme provides hands-on experience and training toward the National Certificate: Business Administration Services NQF Level 4 (or similar).
Learnership Duration and Location
- Duration: 1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026
- Location: Applicants must be willing to relocate to Johannesburg for the duration of the learnership.
Eligible Municipal Areas
Applicants must reside in one of the following municipalities along the N3 corridor:
- uMngeni
- Mpofana
- Inkosi Langalibalele
- Alfred Duma
- Okhahlamba
- Maluti-a-Phofung
- Phumelela
- Mafube
- Dihlabeng
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the N3TC Learnership, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Reside near the N3 corridor.
- Hold a valid Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Be unemployed.
- Be aged between 18 and 28 years.
- Be fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Have basic computer skills.
- Not be currently registered in another learnership, internship, YES, or experiential learning programme.
- Be available and willing to relocate to Johannesburg for the programme duration.
