Key Responsibilities

As a GPS Hub Reception Intern, you will play an important role in the smooth daily running of the Career Services Unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Circulating internal communication to GPS Hub staff.
  • Maintaining administrative records such as telephone and birthday lists.
  • Managing visitor logs and key control.

Minimum Requirements

  • Willing to sign an internship agreement with UFS.

Recommendations (Added Advantage)

  • Strong organisational and event coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CareerHub (Symplicity system), SharePoint, and Canva for presentation design.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and interact professionally with students and staff.
