Rand Water Invites Applications for NQF Level 5 Learnership Programme
Unemployed young South Africans looking to build a career in administration now have an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience through the Rand Water Public Service Administrator Learnership Programme (NQF Level 5).
The programme is offered by Rand Water’s Strategic Human Capital division and is aimed at developing administrative and public service skills among unemployed youth. Successful applicants will receive practical workplace exposure while completing a nationally recognised qualification.

Who Should Apply?
This opportunity is specifically aimed at unemployed youth who have completed Matric and are seeking workplace experience.
Applicants must:
- Be South African citizens with a valid ID
- Be between 18 and 35 years old
- Be unemployed
- Not be studying towards any qualification
- Not be registered for another learnership programme
- Not possess a completed post-matric qualification
Rand Water has stated that applicants who already hold a post-school qualification will not be considered for the programme.

Academic Requirements
Candidates must have a Grade 12 certificate with one of the following combinations:

- Mathematics (Level 4 or higher) or Mathematical Literacy (Level 5 or higher)

- Mathematics (Level 4 or higher) or Mathematical Literacy (Level 5 or higher)
- Business Studies (Level 4 or higher)
Applicants must also submit an official SAQA/NLRD verification report together with their application.
